RETURN POLICY
Return and refund policy:
If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any valid reason (excluding a change of mind), email our customer service department within 15 days of receiving the product for a return and refund.
Returns and cancelation:
1. if you have not received the shipping notification, you can cancel or change this order by contacting our customer service by e-mail. Our customer service will help you to cancel or change the order within 24 hours of receiving your email.
2. once you have received the shipping notification, please note that we can NOT cancel or change orders anymore. Therefore, please wait for your package to arrive and you can either keep it or contact us to request a refund.
3. do not return the package yourself or drop it off at the sender's address. Any product returned without acceptance will not be refunded.
4. Please email us within 15 days of receiving your Eskute delivery if you warrant a return.
5. Please describe the problem in the email.
6. Please wait for a response from our friendly Eskute team, usually within 24 hours.
7.In the meantime, please keep the Eskute delivery box in a cool and dry place so that it is not damaged.
8. After approval, a shipping address and instructions will be sent by email to the mailbox where you ordered an Eskute.
9. Read the "Acceptable conditions for a return"

    Acceptable conditions for a return

    1. 15 days after receipt of your Eskute bike;
    2. The bike must be unused, free of dirt, dust and other contaminants and in the original packed condition in which you received it;

    The customer is responsible for the cost of return/exchange if:
    1. The customer does not like the product and wants to return it;
    2. Other personal reasons such as "wrong size", "does not fit", "no longer needed/wanted", etc.
    For returns for personal reasons, the shipping costs will be borne by the customer and deducted from the refund amount.
    Eskute will bear all costs of return/exchange including shipping charges if a major defect is found for which there is proof; you can show the problem via email, either in the form of a picture or a video.

      Our warranty policy comes into effect upon receipt of the goods. If there is a minor defect, we will send the parts to the customer free of charge and the freight costs will be borne by Eskute. We will cover the repair costs if the bike is repaired by a local store.

      Lost package:

      Eskute is responsible for the delivery of your order. A delivery exception occurs when a package is temporarily held up in transit for an unforeseen reason. Even with the most reliable eCommerce order tracking, a lot can happen to a package in transit. If the tracking info is not updated for more than 3 days or even longer. Please be patient and wait for the delivery. Eskute will always check and advocate for you. If you have not received your order after 3 weeks of receiving the shipping confirmation email, the package will be considered lost in transit. Eskute will bear the loss and offer you a full refund. You can refuse the package when the package finally shows up. Eskute ensures that customer experience is always a priority.

      Eskute guarantee

      At Eskute we offer up to 2 years warranty on our bikes. In general, we will cover most system problems and factory defects.
      The table below shows the warranty for specific parts.
       
      Exceptions

      The warranty is automatically void if an unauthorized modification is made. During the service order process, you must notify us of any unauthorized modifications or non-Eskute repairs or replacements made to your product. We are not responsible for any damage to the product that occurs during the repair process that is the result of unauthorized modifications or repairs or replacements not performed by Eskute.

      The warranty does NOT cover problems caused by any of the following.
      1. Any misuse of the product, such as using the bicycle for commercial/rental purposes, playing dangerous acts, etc., riding the bicycle in abnormal road conditions.
      2. Any unauthorized modification to the product, such as disassembly of the bicycle without instructions from Eskute, incorrect installation, repair or maintenance by anyone other than Eskute.
      3. The product was affected in accidents such as traffic accidents.
      4. The product has been exposed to extreme environmental conditions (including extreme temperature or humidity), extreme physical or electrical stress or interference, fluctuations or surges in electrical power, lightning, static electricity, fire, acts of God or other external causes.
      5. Damage to the rust protection layer due to improper use (damage to the rust protection layer can lead to corrosion and breakage of the parts).

        • Platform of purchase, such as Amazon, Brand Store, etc. (If you have purchased from Amazon, please also let us know the seller name on your order)
        • Order number/ID
        • The e-mail and delivery address you used when ordering.
        • Pictures/short videos of the problems and a short description of the problems

        HOW WILL WE ANSWER

        1. Please wait for a response from our friendly Eskute team, usually within 24 hours.
        2. In the meantime, please store the Eskute delivery box in a cool and dry place so that it is not damaged.
        3. Once approved, a shipping address and instructions will be emailed to your inbox that you used to order from Eskute.
        4. We will arrange the exchange within 3 working days. Refunds will be made within 2 working days to the customer's original payment method.

        WHEN WILL YOU RECEIVE A REFUND

        Refunds to credit/debit cards usually take 2-5 business days, but it can take up to 30 days depending on the card company.
